"مياه الشرب" فى دمياط تعلن فصل الخدمة عن 5 قرى غدا
أعلنت الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بدمياط عن قطع الخدمة غدا الأربعاء 25 أكتوبر عن عدد من قرى مركز فارسكور، وذلك لإجراء بعض الإصلاحات بخطوط المياه بالإضافة إلى استكمال أعمال تطوير خطوط المياه. محطات أخرى داخل المدينة.
وتضمن إعلان شركة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بدمياط توضيحا للمناطق التي ستتأثر بانقطاع الخدمة، فضلا عن تحديد الفترة الزمنية المخصصة لقطع خدمات مياه الشرب وموعد عودتها. وتم تحديد موعد قطع خدمات مياه الشرب ليبدأ من الساعة العاشرة صباحاً وحتى الساعة الثالثة عصراً، ليستمر قطع الخدمات. لمدة 5 ساعات.
كما شمل إعلان الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب بدمياط القرى المتضررة وعددها 5 قرى: “العطوي، الغوابين، الروضة، الرحمانة، وأبوجريدة”.
من جانبه، أكد اللواء أحمد شاهين، رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بدمياط، أن الشركة تعتزم تركيب أجهزة صرف صحي في خط مياه قطر 600 ملم، بالإضافة إلى متابعة أعمال الصرف الصحي. مشيراً إلى أن أعمال التطوير تجري حالياً في بعض محطات المدينة، مشيراً إلى أن الشركة تعمل على توعية المواطنين من أجل تخزين احتياجاتهم من مياه الشرب قبل انقطاع الخدمة.
وأوضح “شاهين” أن الشركة خصصت أرقاماً لتلقي شكاوى المواطنين في حالة حدوث أي طارئ، عبر الخط الساخن 125، أو عبر خدمات الواتساب 01013019333، مؤكداً أن هناك تفاعل فوري دون تلقي أي شكاوى من المواطنين والعمل على تقديم الدعم. بسرعة.
