رئيس "مياه الإسكندرية" يتفقد مركز خدمة عملاء ومحطة السيوف
قام المهندس أحمد جابر، رئيس شركة مياه الإسكندرية، بزيارة إلى محطة مياه السيوف، حيث تفقد العنابر والورش والمخازن والشفونات والفلاتر الخاصة بالمحطة. كما قام بزيارة مختبر المحطة للاطمئنان على سير عملية التحليل الكيميائي الدوري لجودة المياه. كما قام خلال الزيارة بمتابعة أعمال الصيانة والإحلال والتجديد ومتابعة الأعمال. المحطة بأكملها.
ثم توجه بعد ذلك إلى مركز خدمة عملاء السيوف وقام بزيارة الأقسام ومتابعة أعمال التحصيل والديون الخارجية والمتأخرات. طلب من سعادته إجراء جرد من العدادات المتوقفة والأضرار التي تخص الفرع واستبدالها بأمتار مدفوعة مسبقًا ، من أجل ضمان محاسبة المواطنين عن الاستهلاك الفعلي وعدم عبء المواطن بأي أعباء إضافية ، وهو يوصى بحل جميع المشاكل المتعلقة بالقراءات. كما تابع أعمال التحصيل والديون الخارجية والمتأخرات، والاستماع إلى شكاوى المواطنين في مركز خدمة العملاء، وأمر بإتمام إجراءاتها بالسرعة الممكنة.
