وأكد الدكتور خالد زايد، مدير جمعية الجورة بشمال سيناء، أن الدولة الوحيدة في العالم التي تحارب الإرهاب وتقوم بالتنمية في نفس الوقت هي مصر، وهو ما رأيناه نحن كأهل سيناء، كما فالدولة حاربت الإرهاب، وطهرت الأرض، وحمت المشروعات العملاقة ومجموعات التنمية في نفس الوقت.
وأضاف خالد زايد، خلال مداخلة هاتفية عبر قناة إكسترا نيوز الفضائية، أن سيناء تشهد وحدة لها دلالات ورسائل معينة، أكد فيها رئيس الوزراء أننا لن نسمح لأحد أن يضيع حبة رمل في سيناء مهما كان الطموحات والطموحات، حتى تعي الأجيال القادمة قيمة هذه الأرض.
وأشار خالد زايد إلى أن سيناء تشهد وستشهد طفرة تنموية على كافة المستويات، مضيفا أن جمعية الجورة تهتم بفكرة تنمية الشباب والمرأة، وتنمية التراث والحفاظ عليه، والعمل على المبادرات المجتمعية والشبابية، – نقل وتنمية الانتماء، والعمل في المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
