تابع اللواء جمال نور الدين، محافظ كفرالشيخ، اليوم الإثنين، فعاليات البرنامج التدريبى لتأهيل مديرى الأزمات والعمليات بالمراكز والمدن والعاملين المؤهلين لإدارة وتشغيل مركز الطوارئ والسلامة العامة بالديوان العام.
ويقوم بتنفيذ البرنامج التدريبى، كلاً من: عماد شعلان، المشرف العام على المراكز التكنولوجية ومدير إدارة خدمة المواطنين، نصر عبدالهادى، مدير إدارة العمليات والأزمات بالمحافظة، وذلك بمركز إستدامة للتدريب والتطوير، بديوان عام المحافظة.
قال محافظ كفرالشيخ، إنه يتم تدريب ورفع كفاءة العاملين والمديرين بإدارات الأزمات والعمليات ومركز الطوارئ والسلامة العامة بالمحافظة اليوم وغداً الثلاثاء، على مدار يومين، لصقل وتنمية مهارات العاملين، ونقل واكتساب الخبرات، ورفع قدراتهم المهنية في مجال تلقى الإخطارات وشكاوى المواطنين والتعامل معها بشكل فوري ودقيق ، والتواصل معهم في أوقات الأزمات ، والإستغلال الأمثل للإمكانيات المتاحة وتطبيق التكنولوجيا في رفع كفاءة وتحسين بيئة العمل، والتى تنعكس بدورها إيجاباً على نوعية الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وسرعة الإستجابة لهم وتحقيق أعلى معدلات التنفيذ طبقاً للخطة الموضوعة والجدول الزمنى المحددة .
