إدارة نظم معلومات البنية التحتية بالشرقية تستخرج 891 شهادة استبيان تراخيص
وأكد الدكتور ممدوح غراب محافظ الشرقية، أهمية إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتحقق من الإحداثيات والأعمال المساحية على الأراضي المملوكة للدولة، لافتا إلى أن الفترة الحالية تتطلب تعاون وتنسيق دائم بين إدارة نظم معلومات البنية التحتية ووحدة المتغيرات المكانية. لرصد أي أعمال بناء عشوائية والتعديات على الأراضي الزراعية.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أن المحافظة لا تدخر جهداً في تحديد احتياجات الإدارة وتلبيتها بما يسهل عملها واستكمال الملفات التي تتعامل معها على النحو الأمثل، وذلك ببذل المزيد من العمل والجهد خلال الفترة الحالية والمضي قدماً نحو تحقيق نسب إنجاز كبيرة في ملفات تصالح مخالفات البناء وتقنين الأراضي المملوكة للدولة ومواجهة التعديات. على الأراضي الزراعية.
من جانبها أشارت المهندسة داليا سليم مديرة إدارة نظم معلومات البنية التحتية بالديوان العام إلى أن الإدارة انتهت خلال شهر أكتوبر الماضي من إعداد وتسليم (891) شهادة استبيان لتراخيص إنشاء المباني داخل الحيز العمراني موضحة الأبعاد من أراضي المواطنين، بالإضافة إلى إعطاء (97) موافقة فنية لأعمال الحفر و(13) موافقة لبناء أسوار وإنجاز (19) طلب ضريبي، علماً أنه تم استلام وتوقيع (79,000) نقطة إحداثيات تم الانتهاء من ذلك والتحقق من الإحداثيات والتوقيع عليها لتحديد موقع (12200) قطعة أرض مصنفة أملاك الدولة. كما تم التوقيع على إحداثيات (254) منشأة حيوية.
وأوضح مدير إدارة نظم معلومات البنية التحتية أن عمل الإدارة يتمثل في اكتشاف جميع المنشآت تحت الأرض باستخدام أجهزة كشف مغناطيسية متطورة وتحميل المنشآت المكتشفة وتحويل بياناتها إلى خرائط جغرافية (ورقية – رقمية)، ومتابعة أي إنشاءات تحت الأرض المرافق من بداية العمل حتى نهايته وتسجيلها في قاعدة البيانات. مع إعداد خرائط العمل التنفيذية (بنيت ) واستخدام تكنولوجيا نظم المعلومات الجغرافية نظم المعلومات الجغرافية استخدام أقوى البرامج في العمل القوس – نظم المعلومات الجغرافية إنشاء قاعدة بيانات علمية لشبكات المرافق وإعطاء صورة واضحة للمخططين ومتخذي القرار بمحافظة الشرقية مع بيانات تفصيلية على الخرائط الأساسية التي توضح كافة المرافق التي تعيق مناطق عمل المشروع.
