وتابع جعفر قائلا: “في حال ضرورة الخروج من المنزل، ينصح المرضى الذين يتعرضون لمشاكل صحية بارتداء كمامتين معا حتى تكون بمثابة فلتر وتمنع دخول الفيروسات والالتهابات إلى الجهاز التنفسي، مع الانتباه وشرب السوائل الدافئة كاليانسون والنعناع والبابونج والزنجبيل.”
وتابع حديثه قائلا: “كما ينصح بالاهتمام بتناول الأطعمة الغنية بفيتامين سي، مثل الكيوي، والبرتقال، واليوسفي، والجوافة، والفلفل الملون، والليمون، والأناناس، والفراولة”، وغيرها من الخضار والفواكه والفاكهة. عصائر طبيعية.
