بثت جماعة الحوثي تسجيلا مصورا لاحتوائها على سفينة شحن جنوب البحر الأحمر تقول إنها إسرائيلية، بحسب قناة القاهرة الإخبارية.
أعلنت جماعة الحوثي في اليمن، سيطرتها على سفينة إسرائيلية واقتيادها إلى السواحل اليمنية. وقالوا إن ذلك يأتي تعبيراً عن تضامنهم ودعمهم ومساندتهم لأهالي قطاع غزة ضد كيان الاحتلال.
قال المتحدث العسكري باسم الحوثيين العميد يحيى سريع، إن القوات البحرية التابعة للحوثيين نفذت عملية عسكرية، كانت نتائجها الاستيلاء على سفينة إسرائيلية واقتيادها إلى السواحل اليمنية، انطلاقاً من المسؤولية الوطنية والأخلاقية تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني المظلوم والمجازر التي يتعرض لها.
وأضاف خلال مؤتمر صحفي بثته القناة: “القاهرة نيوز، أن القوات اليمنية تتعامل مع طاقم السفينة الإسرائيلية وفق تعاليم الدين الإسلامي وتحذر جميع السفن التابعة لإسرائيل أو المتعاملة معها من أنها ستصبح هدفاً مشروعاً للقوات المسلحة اليمنية.
ودعا كافة الدول إلى الامتناع عن أي عمل أو نشاط مع السفن الإسرائيلية أو المملوكة لإسرائيل، وأكد استمرار العمليات العسكرية ضد العدو الإسرائيلي حتى يتوقف العدوان على قطاع غزة وتوقف جرائمه الشنيعة.
