مرشحو الرئاسة يواصلون الدعاية الانتخابية ولجان بالمحافظات لرصد المخالفات
يواصل المرشحون للانتخابات الرئاسية المصرية 2024، وحملاتهم الانتخابية، اليوم الأربعاء، لليوم الرابع عشر على التوالي، ممارسة الدعاية الانتخابية بكافة أشكالها، لمراجعة البرامج الانتخابية للمرشحين، والتي بدأت يوم 9 نوفمبر الماضي. أعلنت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات القائمة النهائية للمرشحين وتستمر حتى 29 نوفمبر المقبل للمصريين بالخارج. ويوم 8 ديسمبر لمن بالداخل.
تمثل الدعاية الانتخابية جميع الأنشطة التي يقوم بها المرشح أو حملته الانتخابية، بما في ذلك تعليق اللافتات والملصقات، وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات، والظهور الإعلامي في وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة والإلكترونية، وعلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وغيرها من الأنشطة التي تهدف إلى إقناع الناخب بالبرنامج الانتخابي للمرشح.
وسبق أن حددت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، برئاسة المستشار حازم بدوي نائب رئيس محكمة النقض، 28 لجنة على مستوى الجمهورية، لرصد مخالفات ضوابط الدعاية الانتخابية في الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024، على أن تكون هناك لجنة في الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024. لكل محافظة باستثناء محافظة القاهرة والتي ستضم لجنتين لرصد المخالفات.
وضعت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، برئاسة المستشار حازم بدوي، عددا من الضوابط والمحظورات في الدعاية الانتخابية. وحددت الحد الأقصى للإنفاق على الدعاية بـ 20 مليون جنيه في الجولة الأولى، و5 ملايين في الجولة الثانية. وسمح للمرشحين بفتح حسابات بنكية في بنك مصر أو الأهلي لمراقبة مصاريف الإعلانات، كما سمح بتلقي… التبرعات من الأشخاص الطبيعيين المصريين فقط بحد أقصى 2% من قيمة العشرين مليون جنيه. المخصصة للإنفاق.
وحظرت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات استخدام الشعارات الدينية في الدعاية أو استخدام دور العبادة والجامعات والمباني الحكومية ووسائل النقل العام في الدعاية، كما حظرت كل ما يمس الوحدة الوطنية وسلامة المجتمع.
شجعت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، برئاسة المستشار حازم بدوي، المصريين عبر مقاطع فيديو على المشاركة الإيجابية في الانتخابات الرئاسية المصرية 2024، والخروج أثناء صناديق الاقتراع والإدلاء بأصواتهم في الانتخابات التي تجرى بالخارج أيام 1 و2 و3 ديسمبر الجاري. وفي المنزل أيام 10 و11 و12 ديسمبر.
أعلنت المفوضية القائمة النهائية للمرشحين لانتخابات الرئاسة المصرية 2024 ورموزهم الانتخابية. وتضمنت القائمة النهائية للمرشحين: عبد الفتاح سعيد حسين خليل السيسي وشهرته عبد الفتاح السيسي رمز النجم محمد فريد سعد زهران وشهرته فريد زهران رمز الشمس عبد السند حسن محمد يمامة وشهرته عبد السند يمامة رمز النخلة، وحازم محمد سليمان محمد عمر وشهرته حازم عمر. رمز السلم.
وأكدت الهيئة أن آخر موعد لتنازل المرشح عن ترشحه هو الأربعاء 15 نوفمبر 2023، وبعدها سيتم نشر التنازل في الجريدة الرسمية خلال يومين من تاريخ التنازل.
