وزير التعليم العالي يلتقى بنظيره الجورجي لبحث سُبل التعاون المشترك بين البلدين

التقى د. أيمن عاشور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بالدكتور جيورجي أميلاخفاري وزير التعليم والعلوم في جورجيا؛ لبحث سُبل دعم التعاون المشترك في مجال التعليم العالي بين مصر وجورجيا.
وخلال اللقاء، أكد د. أيمن عاشور على ما تتسم به العلاقات المصرية الجورجية من خصوصية تاريخية، وحرص وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي على تعزيز آليات التعاون العلمي المشترك، بما يحقق المصالح المشتركة للشعبين الصديقين.
وأشار الوزير إلى أهمية التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين مصر وجورجيا فى مجال التعليم العالي والتعليم المهني من خلال دمج المهارات العملية مع الموضوعات الأكاديمية.
وخلال اللقاء، تمت مناقشة عدد من موضوعات التعاون الثنائي بين البلدين، بشأن تبادل الأساتذة والطلاب بين البلدين وتكوين شراكات بين الجامعات فى مصر وجورجيا، فضلاً عن دراسة إنشاء فروع للجامعات الجورجية في مصر.
ومن جانبه، أعرب وزير تعليم جورجيا عن تقدير شعبه وحكومته لمصر، مشيدًا بالتطور الذي تشهده العلاقات بين البلدين، مؤكدًا حرص بلاده على دفع وتشجيع التعاون الثنائي مع مصر خلال المرحلة المقبلة، على كافة الأصعدة خاصة التعليمية والتكنولوجية، مؤكداً على أن جورجيا تعمل على إنشاء أكثر من 50 مدرسة تجمع بين المواد التقليدية والتدريب المهني الموجه نحو احتياجات المنطقة، كما أن لديها نظام تأهيل يتألف من خمس مستويات، موضحاً أن المستويات الثلاثة الأولى أساسية، وأن المستوى الرابع والخامس يُمثلان التعليم المهني العالي.
