أتاحت الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر إمكانية الحصول على تذاكر السفر على جميع قطارات تحيا مصر المنتشرة في الوجه البحري والوجه البحري من خلال نظام الدفع الفوري من منافذ البيع والوكلاء كخدمة جديدة ولأول مرة في جميع منافذ فوري، والتي تقدر بنحو 320 ألف نقطة بيع على مستوى الدولة.

كما تؤكد الهيئة أنه في حالة رغبة الراكب في إعادة التذكرة التي تم سداد قيمتها عن طريق منافذ فوري أو وكلاء البيع الآخرين، فسيتم رد المبلغ المستحق للعميل نقدًا من خلال نوافذ صرف التذاكر بالمحطات وفقًا لقواعد الهيئة. والتعليمات. كما تناشد الهيئة الركاب العموميين بالاحتفاظ بالتذكرة داخل القطار حتى محطة الوصول. لتجنب دفع الغرامة.
