مبعوث فلسطين بالأمم المتحدة: فشل اعتماد مجلس الأمن قرار وقف إطلاق النار "مؤسف وكارثى"
قال مندوب فلسطين لدى الأمم المتحدة رياض منصور، إن فشل مجلس الأمن في تبني مشروع قرار بشأن وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة أمر “مؤسف للغاية” و”كارثي”.
وتعليقا على عدم تبني القرار في المجلس، قال منصور: “إن حياة ملايين الفلسطينيين مجهولة، لكن حياة كل واحد منهم مقدسة وتستحق الإنقاذ”.
وأضاف أنه بدلاً من السماح لمجلس الأمن بمتابعة تفويضه من خلال توجيه دعوة واضحة أخيراً بعد شهرين من المذابح والفظائع، “يتم منح مجرمي الحرب مزيداً من الوقت لارتكاب جرائمهم”. وختم بالقول: “كيف يمكن تبرير ذلك؟ كيف يمكن لأحد أن يبرر ذبح شعب بأكمله؟”
فشل مجلس الأمن الدولي، الجمعة، في تمرير مشروع قرار يطالب بوقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، بعد أن استخدمت الولايات المتحدة حق النقض (الفيتو).
