مع بدء مبادرة الرئاسة للكشف عن الأورام.. أعراض مبكرة لسرطان البروستاتا
يعد سرطان البروستاتا من أهم وأبرز أنواع السرطان التي تصيب الرجال، وتهدد مضاعفاته ومشاكله الكثير منهم. في إطار المبادرة الرئاسية التي أعلنت وزارة الصحة عن بدء مرحلتها الثانية للكشف المبكر عن الأورام السرطانية وأبرزها سرطان البروستاتا، أكد الدكتور علاء الدين حسين أستاذ الجراحة العامة والأورام، وأوضح المعهد الوطني للسرطان أن سرطان البروستاتا يهدد عددا كبيرا من الرجال، وخاصة الذين يعانون من تضخم البروستاتا والتهابها المتكرر، ولذلك ينصح بضرورة الكشف المبكر والمتابعة المستمرة لاكتشاف وتشخيص مشاكل البروستاتا. وكذلك هذا الورم.
وتابع أستاذ الأورام حديثه موضحا مجموعة من أبرز العلامات المبكرة التي يجب على الرجل ألا يتجاهلها أو يهمل العلاج والفحص، ومنها:
صعوبة في التبول، والتي تتضمن الرغبة المستمرة والملحة في التبول وصعوبة في إفراغ المثانة بأكملها.
كما أن التبول يحدث بشكل غير منتظم، أي أن البول ينزل على شكل خطين وليس على شكل خط مستقيم ومنتظم.
ضعف شديد في القدرة على التبول. لا يستطيع التبول إلا إذا شعر بألم أو ضغط على نفسه.
قد ينغلق مجرى البول بشكل كامل، مما يسبب احتباس البول الكامل لدى المريض، وهو أحد أبرز العلامات المبكرة.
قد يعاني المريض من بول مختلط بالدم، أي حدوث نزيف أثناء التبول، وهذه علامة مهمة أيضًا.
وتكون آلام وصعوبات التبول شديدة، فلا يستطيع إجراء هذه العملية إلا بصعوبة ومرات عديدة.
كما قد يعاني من نزيف ممزوج بالسائل المنوي.
قد يعاني بعض الرجال من مشاكل تتعلق بقوة الانتصاب.
وشدد أستاذ جراحة الأورام على ضرورة الكشف المبكر عن سرطان البروستاتا، ودعا الرجال بمجرد تجاوزهم سن الأربعين إلى المشاركة في المسابقة الرئاسية للكشف المبكر عن هذه الأورام، من أجل التشخيص والعلاج المناسب، و للوقاية من مضاعفات الورم.
