اعرف الفرق بين أعراض الاكتئاب وسوء المزاج.. استشاري يوضح
قال الدكتور محمد محمود حمودة، مدرس واستشاري الطب النفسي بكلية الطب جامعة الأزهر، إن الاكتئاب اضطراب نفسي شائع، إلا أن كلمة الاكتئاب أصبحت تستخدم في غير محلها في أغلب الأحيان، لافتًا إلى أن هناك هو الفرق بين الاكتئاب والمزاج السيء الذي يحدث نتيجة لموقف عابر.
وأوضح أن الحالة المزاجية السيئة تحدث لفترة قصيرة قد تستمر لمدة يوم أو يومين، وتحدث عندما تواجه مشكلة أو موقف يزعجك، وهذا لا يعني أنك تعاني من الاكتئاب.
وأشار إلى أن الحزن يختلف أيضا عن الاكتئاب، وسبب الحزن مثلا وفاة شخص عزيز عليك. وهذا يختلف أيضًا عن الاكتئاب، لأنه يرتبط بحدث قد يستمر لعدة أيام ثم تتحسن حالتك.
وأشار إلى أن هناك مرحلة أخرى تسمى مرحلة المزاج المكتئب، ومن أعراضها الشعور بالحزن، والعزلة، وانخفاض الطاقة، وفقدان الشهية، وعدم التركيز، وفقدان الاستمتاع بالأشياء التي كنت تحبها، واضطرابات النوم. ، ويستمر ذلك في معظم ساعات اليوم باستثناء ساعتين تقريباً.
وعن أسباب الاكتئاب قال إن الاكتئاب يكون وراثيا لدى بعض الأسر، وفي بعض الحالات تؤثر الضغوط الاجتماعية والحساسية على الدوبامين والسيروتونين في الجزء المتعلق بالمزاج في الدماغ.
وأوضح أن أعراض الاكتئاب تستمر لمدة أسبوعين معظم اليوم، وعندما يؤثر ذلك على حياتك اليومية وعملك وعلاقتك بالآخرين، يجب عليك الذهاب إلى طبيب نفسي للعلاج قبل أن تتفاقم الأعراض.
وأضاف أنه لعلاج الاكتئاب يجب تغيير نمط التفكير السلبي الذي أدى إلى الاكتئاب من خلال العلاج السلوكي المعرفي، بالإضافة إلى العلاج بالأدوية حسب حالة المريض.
