اليمن والاتحاد الأوروبي يبحثان الجهود الرامية لإحلال السلام
بحث نائب رئيس مجلس النواب اليمني محمد الشدادي، اليوم الاثنين، في العاصمة اليمنية المؤقتة عدن، مع وفد برلماني أوروبي، الجهود الرامية لإحلال السلام، والقضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وشدد الشدادي – بحسب ما نقلت وكالة الأنباء اليمنية (سبأ) – على أن الحكومة اليمنية تدعم كافة الخيارات والمساعي لتحقيق السلام الشامل والعادل الذي يحفظ أمن اليمن واستقراره، مشيراً إلى أن الحوثيين غير جديين في صنع السلام. السلام، مشيراً إلى أن كافة الاتفاقيات السابقة تم تنفيذها من قبل الحكومة الشرعية، فيما لم ينفذ الحوثيون أياً منها.
وتطرق الشدادي إلى الوضع العام على الساحة الوطنية، وحجم المأساة والظلم الذي يعيشه الشعب اليمني نتيجة الانتهاكات التي ترتكبها مليشيا الحوثي وممارساتها العبثية في مختلف مجالات الحياة بشكل الذي يكشف همجيته ودمويته وإجرامه بحق اليمنيين.
من جانبها أكدت رئيسة لجنة شبه الجزيرة العربية في البرلمان الأوروبي هانا نيومان موقفها الداعم لعملية السلام في اليمن، مشيرة إلى أهمية العمل على إنهاء الصراع في اليمن وتخفيف المعاناة الإنسانية.
