رئيسة الصليب الأحمر: الصراع فى غزة يمثل فشلا أخلاقيا للمجتمع الدولى
قالت رئيسة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، ميريانا سبولياريتش، إن الصراع في قطاع غزة يمثل “فشلا أخلاقيا” للمجتمع الدولي، وحثت جميع الأطراف على التوصل إلى اتفاق جديد لوقف الأعمال العدائية.
وأضاف سبولياتريك في تصريحات للصحافيين في جنيف نقلتها قناة فرانس 24 الإخبارية الثلاثاء: “كنت أتحدث عن الفشل الأخلاقي لأن كل يوم يستمر فيه هذا هو يوم إضافي لم يثبت فيه المجتمع الدولي قدرته على إنهاء هذا الارتفاع”. مستوى المعاناة، وسيكون لذلك تأثير”. “لأجيال عديدة، وليس في غزة فقط.”
وأوضحت أنه لن يحدث شيء دون اتفاق بين الطرفين، لذا نحثهم على مواصلة المفاوضات ومواصلة تسهيل المساحة التي نحتاجها لتنفيذ عمليات الإفراج (الرهائن والأسرى).
وصفت رئيسة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، ميريانا سبولياريتش، معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة المحاصر بـ”غير المحتملة”، وذلك خلال زيارة للقطاع في 4 ديسمبر الجاري.
