جريمة لا تغتفر… فهل من خطوات عقابية؟
تدخل البلاد في عطلة الأعياد، لتضيف العطلة شللاً على الشلل في إدارات الدولة التي بدت عاجزة أمام ما أحدثته الطبيعة في اليومين الماضيين من أضرار جراء السيول والفيضانات. وبين تقاذف المسؤوليات بين الوزارات والإدارات المعنية، كان المواطن كالعادة ضحية الإهمال. زرغم أن المتساقطات كانت استثنائية بغزارتها إلا أن المسؤولية تبقى على الدولة إما لناحية تنظيف المجاري، وإما لناحية منع التعديات عليها وبعضها تحول الى مكبات الأتربة والنفايات ومخلفات ورش البناء.
وإذا كان هذا حال الإهتراء في البنى التحتية والإدارة، فإن “الإهتراء السياسي” لا يقل ضرراً على البلد في ظل استمرار التجاذب الحاصل، وترك الأمور الأساسية على غاربها، فيما الملفات المستعجلة مرحّلة الى السنة الجديدة.
مصادر نيابية وصفت لجريدة “الأنباء” الالكترونية “تقاعس الحكومة والاستخفاف بحياة الناس بالجريمة التي لا تغتفر”، وسألت عن “الخطوات العقابية التي سيتخذها رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب ميقاتي بحق الوزراء المقصرين في حكومته، الذين يتحمّلون مجتمعين ومنفردين مسؤولية ما نجم من أضرار نتيجة الطوفان وغضب الطبيعة الذي حل بلبنان في اليومين الماضيين”. واستغربت المصادر “حجم الاستخفاف بحياة الناس وأرزاقهم من قبل الجهات المسؤولة عنهم”، ودعت إلى “محاسبة هؤلاء الوزراء على تقصيرهم وإهمالهم لأن ما حصل لا يمكن السكوت عنه مهما كانت الذرائع والحجج. فمن غير المنطقي تحميل الطبيعة مسؤولية ما جرى، ولو حصلت هذه الكارثة في اي بلد غير لبنان لجرت محاكمة كل مقصر عن القيام بواجبه ليكونوا عبرة لمن يعتبر”.
