صرح عمر عبد الباقي المتحدث الرسمي لمحافظة قنا، أن الوحدة المحلية لمركز ومدينة أبو شيت أطلقت حملة واسعة لإزالة المباني المخالفة، في إطار تنفيذ توجيهات اللواء أشرف الداودي محافظ قنا. مديرية قنا، بضرورة المتابعة الميدانية لرصد حالات البناء بدون ترخيص والتعدي على أملاك الدولة واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات. الإجراءات القانونية ضد المخالفين.
وأضاف عبد الباقي أنه لوحظت أعمال بناء دون ترخيص داخل الكتلة السكنية وخارج الحيز العمراني لمنشأ خشبي بالدور الأرضي بقرية النجمة والحمران، حيث تم على الفور معالجة المخالفة من قبل رئيسها. الوحدة المحلية لمركز ومدينة أبو شيت ورئيس الوحدة المحلية للقصير بخانس وشرطة المرافق.
وأكد عبد الباقي أنه تمت على الفور إزالة الخلاط ومصادرته لقيامه بأعمال بناء بدون ترخيص.
