تقرير الاستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان أمام "النواب" الأربعاء المقبل
لجنة حقوق الإنسان بمجلس النواب، برئاسة النائب طارق رضوان، تنظر في ثلاثة اجتماعات، في أولى اجتماعاتها مع بداية العام الجديد، التقرير السنوي السادس عشر للمجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان 2020-2023، بحضور رئيس المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان السفيرة مشيرة خطاب الثلاثاء 2 يناير 2024.
كما تستعرض اللجنة في اجتماعها المقرر عقده يوم الأربعاء الموافق 3 يناير 2024، التقرير السنوي الأول للاستراتيجية الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان الصادر عن اللجنة العليا الدائمة لحقوق الإنسان التابعة لوزارة الخارجية، بناء على دعوة. من وزير الخارجية.

منحت اللائحة الداخلية لمجلس النواب الصادرة بالقانون رقم 1 لسنة 2016 والمعدلة بالقانون رقم 136 لسنة 2021 صلاحيات هامة للجنة حقوق الإنسان، وفي مقدمتها ملف الحقوق والحريات والتشريعات الوطنية والمواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة. حقوق الإنسان، موضوعات تتعلق بالقانون الدولي الإنساني، القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، تقارير المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان، الجوانب المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان في تقارير المجالس الوطنية والهيئات المستقلة والجهات الرقابية، الشكاوى المقدمة من المواطنين والجهات بشأن وحقوق الإنسان، والتشريعات المتعلقة بالعدالة الانتقالية، وغيرها من القضايا التي تدخل في اختصاص الوزارات والهيئات.
