اعتمد اللواء عصام سعد محافظ أسيوط، اليوم الأحد، قرار صرف العلاوة التشجيعية لعدد 549 موظف من العاملين بالديوان العام والوحدات المحلية للمراكز والأحياء التابعة لها، بنسبة 5 % من الأجر الوظيفي عن العام المالي 2022 / 2023 .. جاء ذلك خلال لقاءه بمكتبه بديوان عام المحافظة مع أبوغدير عبدالرحمن مدير عام إدارة الموارد البشرية بالمحافظة.
وأكد محافظ أسيوط، على التزام المحافظة بتطبيق كافة القواعد الوظيفية والقانونية تحقيقًا لمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص تنفيذًا للقانون، لافتًا إلى سعي المحافظة الدائم إلى تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي لجميع العاملين وتحقيق العدالة بينهم، تنفيذًا لخطة الإصلاح الإداري وتطوير منظومة العمل، مما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية في كافة قطاعات المحافظة والنهوض بالدولة وجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أن تطوير العمل في الجهاز الإداري للدولة يعد أمرًا أساسيًا لتحسين الخدمات وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء ويشمل ذلك تبني أساليب إدارية حديثة، وتنظيم العمليات الإدارية بفاعلية، واستخدام التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي لتسريع العمليات وما يستلزم ذلك من تحفيز الموظفين وتطوير مهاراتهم من خلال التدريب المستمر وإنشاء آليات لقياس الأداء وتقييم الفعالية لتعزز الشفافية والمساءلة، كما يتطلب التطوير الدائم أيضًا إشراك المواطنين في صنع القرار وتحديد الاحتياجات وتيسير الوصول إلى المعلومات مما يسهم في تعزيز الثقة بين الحكومة والمواطنين ويعزز النمو الاقتصادي والاستقرار الاجتماعي.
