محافظ المنيا يعلن اليوم عودة العمل بالمواعيد الرسمية لغلق المحال العامة عقب انتهاء إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك

أعلن اللواء أسامة القاضي، محافظ المنيا، أنه بدءاً من اليوم الاثنين، الموافق 15 ابريل 2024، سيتم عودة العمل بالمواعيد الرسمية لغلق المحال العامة من مولات وكافيهات ومطاعم ، عقب انتهاء إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك، على أن تطبق المواعيد الصيفية لغلق المحال التجارية في الجمعة الأخيرة من شهر إبريل كل عام طبقا لقرارات اللجنة العليا لترخيص المحال برئاسة اللواء هشام آمنة وزير التنمية المحلية.
وأوضح المحافظ أن مواعيد فتح المحال التجارية والمولات التجارية يوميًا ستكون من الساعة 7 صباحا، وتغلق الساعة 10 مساءً، على أن يتم زيادة المواعيد يومي الخميس والجمعة وفي الإجازات والأعياد الرسمية، لتغلق الساعة 11 مساءً، بينما تفتح المطاعم والكافيهات والبازارات الموجودة بالمولات التجارية يوميًا من الساعة 5 صباحًا، على أن تُغلق الساعة 12 منتصف الليل ويتم زيادة مواعيد الغلق ساعة خلال يومي الخميس والجمعة لتغلق 1 صباحاً، مع استمرار خدمة التيك أواي وخدمة توصيل الطلبات للمنازل بالنسبة للمطاعم والكافيهات على مدار 24 ساعة.
وأضاف المحافظ أن مواعيد فتح جميع محال الورش والأعمال الحرفية داخل الكتل السكنية يوميًا تكون من الساعة 8 صباحًا، وتغلق الساعة 6 مساءً، عدا الورش الموجودة على الطرق ومحطات الوقود، وكذا الورش المرتبطة بالخدمات العاجلة للمواطن.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أنه تُستثنى من هذه المواعيد محال البقالة والسوبر ماركت والمخابز والأفران، مع مراعاة مواعيد الأنشطة الليلية لبعض المحال، مثل محال بيع الفاكهة والخضروات ومحلات الدواجن وأسواق الجملة والصيدليات .
وشدد محافظ المنيا على الالتزام بتنفيذ قرارات الغلق، مشيراً إلى أن الدولة المصرية حريصة على الحفاظ على صحة وسلامة المواطنين، منوهًا بضرورة تعاون المواطنين في تطبيق مواعيد الفتح والإغلاق، والإبلاغ عن أي مواطن يخالف هذه المواعيد لضمان حسن تطبيق واحترام القرارات الحكومية والحفاظ على صحة الجميع، موجهاً رؤساء الوحدات المحلية لمراكز ومدن وقرى المحافظة بضرورة التأكد من الالتزام بتطبيق المواعيد، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية تجاه المخالفين.
