تابع اللواء/ محمد الشريف #محافظ_الإسكندرية الاستعدادات والتجهيزات النهائية للبدء في تلقى طلبات التصالح على مخالفات البناء وفقًا للقانون رقم 187 لسنة 2023، وذلك اعتبارًا من الثلاثاء 7 مايو 2024 في جميع المراكز التكنولوجية بالأحياء ومركز ومدينة برج العرب.
🔻وأكد اللواء محمد الشريف، على الجاهزية الكاملة للمراكز التكنولوجية لاستقبال طلبات التصالح تمهيدًا لبدء العمل به.
وذلك في إطار توجيهات فخامة الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية، وتنفيذًا لتكليفات رئيس الوزراء، وتعليمات وزير التنمية المحلية بالتيسير على المواطنين في ملف التصالح وتقنين أوضاعهم وتقديم كافة سبل الدعم لهم.
🔻وأوضح المحافظ أنه تم التنبيه على رؤساء الأحياء وجميع قيادات المحافظة بالمتابعة اللحظية لملف التصالح وتقديم كافة أوجه الدعم والإمكانيات اللازمة التي تسهم بدورها في دفع عجلة العمل وتسريع معدلات الأداء بهذا الملف الحيوي.
🔻وشدد المحافظ على تذليل جميع العقبات وتبسيط الإجراءات على المواطنين بما يحقق الصالح العام للانتهاء من ملفات التصالح وإنجاز أكبر قدر ممكن من الملفات في أقل مدة زمنية، لحصول المواطن والدولة على حقوقهم وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح التنفيذية والقرارات المنظمة لذلك.
