نفذت دار التربية الإجتماعية للبنات بالاحساء متمثلة ً في وحدة التغذية
محاضرة توعوية بعنوان (الڤيتامينات وعلاقتها ببعض الأمراض ) بالتعاون مع مستشفى المانع بالأحساء حيث قدمتها إخصائية التغذية العلاجية ( مجد العمير)
حيث تطرقت إلى التعريف بأبرز الڤيتامينات التي تحدث خللاً في الجسم وكيفية تعويض الفقد منها من خلال التغذية المهمة لصحة وسلامة الجسم .
وتطرقت للتعريف بالمواعيد الصحيحة لتناول المكملات الغذائية حال وصفها من قبل الطبيب المعالج ومتى نأخذها.
واختتمت المحاضرة بعرض النسب المحددة والموصى بتناولها لكل ڤيتامين .
وذلك بحضور عدد من منتسبات الدار .
