مكنت الجمعية الخيرية لرعاية الأيتام بمنطقة الرياض ” إنسان ” 1512 مستفيداً من سوق العمل خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري 2024 ، وذلك حرصاً من الجمعية على تجويد حياة الأبناء وتحقيق الاستقرار لهم ونقلهم من الرعوية إلى المنتجة تماشياً مع الرؤية الوطنية 2030 . من خلال رؤيتها المتمثلة بتمكين المستفيدين بمهنية عالية عبر منظومة مستدامة .
واشتملت مجالات التمكين على مسارات التعليم والتوظيف والتدريب والتمويل ، حيث ألحقت الجمعية خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري 126 مستفيداً في سوق العمل ، فيما قامت الجمعية بإلحاق 1253 مستفيداً ومستفيدة ببرامج ودورات تدريبية لتأهيلهم وتمهيد الطريق أمام مستقبلهم ، وحرصاً من الجمعية على تمكين الأبناء في مشاريع ريادة الأعمال فقد قامت بتمويل مشاريع 62 مستفيداً، إضافة إلى المسار التعليم حيث مكنت الجمعية 71 من التعليم خلال الفترة الماضية .
يذكر أن جمعية إنسان تحرص على تدريب وتأهيل الأبناء من الجنسين، ومساعدتهم في الحصول على فرص وظيفية بمختلف المجالات، وتمكينهم بمشاريع ريادة الأعمال لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي لهم. إضافة إلى إقامة حزمة الدورات والبرامج التدريبية والتأهيلية في مختلف المجالات للأبناء ، وتوفير الممكنات التي تساعدهم على النجاح .
