تمكن فريق الجراحة العامة بمستشفى صبيا العام من إنقاذ حياة شاب يبلغ من العمر 22 عاماً بإخضاعه لعملية طارئة إثر تعرضه لإصابة نافذة في منطقة البطن.
وفي التفاصيل، ذكر قائد الفريق الجراحي الدكتور حسين القاصر، استشاري الجراحة العامة، بأن الشاب حضر للمستشفى وكان يعاني من نزيف إثر تعرضه لإصابتين نافذتين في منطقة البطن.
وأضاف بأنه على الفور قام الفريق الطبي بإجراء الإسعافات الأولية وإجراء الفحوصات الطبية الإشعاعية والمخبرية، وعلى الفور قرر إجراء عملية جراحية تفتيشية طارئة لتحديد موقع النزيف وإصلاح الأعضاء المتضررة المسببة للنزيف.
وبين أنه اتضح خلال إجراء العملية التفتيشية وجود إصابة في الشريان الأورطي والشريان المساريقي السفلي والوريد المساريقي العلوي، إلى جانب معالجة جرح غائر نازف في الفص الأيسر للكبد، تم إصلاحها وإنقاذ حياة المصاب ، وتكللت العملية ولله الحمد بالنجاح واستغرقت 5 ساعات، وغادر المصاب المستشفى بعد تماثله للشفاء.
