يعاني بعض الأشخاص من ارتفاع نسبة الملح مما يسبب بعض الأعراض مثل مشاكل في التبول أو ألم في الكعب وغيرها، ولا شك أن ما نأكله ونشربه يؤثر بشكل كبير على مستويات الملح في أجسامنا، لذلك هناك بعض الأطعمة والفواكه في وخاصة التي يجب تجنبها عند ارتفاع نسبة الملح. داخل الجسم.
وأوضح الدكتور كمال السيد استشاري المسالك البولية بالقصر العيني، في تصريح لـ”اليوم السابع”، أن كل من يعاني من ارتفاع الأملاح يجب عليه اتباع بعض التعليمات حتى تنخفض النسبة تدريجيا وتصبح حالته أفضل، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة شرب الماء بكميات كبيرة وتناول الأدوية الموصوفة. وبحسب الطبيب المختص، هناك قائمة بالفواكه الملونة المحظورة التي تزيد من نسبة الأملاح في الجسم نتيجة احتوائها على مادة الصوديوم.
الفاكهة الملونة هنا تعني داكنة اللون، وأبرز أنواع هذه الفاكهة هي:
– يجب تجنب الخوخ الأحمر الذي يساهم بشكل كبير في ارتفاع نسبة الأملاح
الفراولة فاكهة لذيذة ومغذية، ولكنها تحتوي أيضًا على الكثير من الصوديوم
ويساعد الخوخ أيضًا على تفاقم الحالة، لذا يجب تجنبه أثناء ارتفاع مستويات الملح
تعتبر المانجو من الفاكهة المغذية، إلا أن الإكثار من تناولها يزود الجسم بكمية كبيرة من السكر زيادة عن المسموح به، وكذلك الصوديوم.
العنب الأحمر والأسود من أنواع العنب التي تحتوي على نسبة عالية ومركزة من السكر والصوديوم، وهو أمر ضار لمن يعانون من اضطرابات الأملاح.
تساعد الطماطم على رفع مستويات الملح بشكل كبير، لذا يجب التوقف عن تناولها سواء في السلطات أو في الأطعمة المطبوخة، عند ارتفاع مستويات الملح.
