اليوم..محاكمة المتهم بالنصب على المواطنين بتغيير العملات المحلية
تستمع محكمة جنح عابدين، اليوم الأحد، إلى محاكمة عاطل عن العمل متهم بسرقة المواطنين من خلال خداعهم لتحويل العملات المحلية إلى عملات أجنبية.
أكدت معلومات وتحريات قسم شرطة عابدين بمديرية أمن القاهرة، برئاسة اللواء محمد عبد الله مدير الإدارة العامة لمباحث القاهرة، أن أحد الأشخاص تردد على مقر القسم، وقام بالاحتيال على المواطنين، وخداعهم لتحويل العملات المحلية إلى أجنبية. واستوليا على المبالغ المالية التي كانت بحوزتهما ولاذوا بالفرار.
وبعد تقنين الإجراءات بإشراف اللواء علاء بشندي مدير المباحث الجنائية، تم القبض على الشخص المذكور أثناء تواجده في مكتب القسم. وتبين أنه (شخص ذو معلومات جنائية، ومقيم بمحافظة الجيزة)، وعثر بحوزته على مبالغ مالية بالعملات المحلية والأجنبية.
وبمواجهته اعترف بممارسته نشاطاً متخصصاً في الاحتيال على المواطنين بعد إيهامهم بقدرته على استبدال مبالغ مالية بأجانب والاستيلاء على المبالغ المالية وحيازتها وتجاهلها ولاذ بالفرار. اعترف بارتكابه 6 وقائع احتيال، وبتوجيهاته تم ضبط مبلغ مالي في مسكنه من متحصلات حوادث التزوير، كما اعترف بإنفاق باقي المبالغ المالية على احتياجاته. وشخصياً، وباستدعاء المجني عليهم، تعرفوا على المتهم واتهموه بالاحتيال عليهم. وقرروا أنه لن يكون سابقة بالنسبة لهم أن يصدروا بلاغات عن حوادث الاحتيال، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
