المؤبد لسائق لقيادته سيارة عكس الاتجاه وبحوزته مواد مخدرة في الإسكندرية
قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية الدائرة السادسة والثلاثون، بمعاقبة المتهم “أهف” غيابيًا بالسجن المؤبد، وتغريمه مبلغ مائة ألف جنيه عما نسب إليه، في الأول والثاني. والتهمة الثالثة، ومصادرة المخدرات المضبوطة والسلاح الأبيض، الحبس سنة والغرامة ثلاثة آلاف. جنيه واحد عن التهمة الرابعة، ووجهت إليه مصاريف جنائية، لاتهامه بالاتجار في المواد المخدرة، وحمل سكين، وتعمد السير في الاتجاه المعاكس بطريق عام.
تعود أحداث القضية المسجلة رقم 8038 لسنة 2023 جنايات قسم شرطة المنتزة ثالثا، إلى أن تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارا من ضباط قسم شرطة المنتزة ثالثا يفيد بأن المتهم تم ضبطه وبحوزته مواد مخدرة وسكين، وكان يسير في الاتجاه المعاكس لدائرة القسم.
وكشفت تحريات ضباط مباحث قسم شرطة المنتزه الثالث، أنه أثناء مرور حارس الأمن بالقسم، شاهدت القوة الأمنية المتهم “أ.ح.ف” سائق، يستقل سيارة ويقودها بطريقة متهورة في الاتجاه المعاكس للقسم. حركة السيارات، فأوقفوه، وقاموا بتفتيشه والسيارة التي كان يقودها، وعثر بحوزتهم على ذلك. وبحوزته 33 لفافة من مادة الحشيش، و60 قرصاً مخدراً من مادة الكلونازيبارم المخدرة، وسكين، ومبلغ مالي، وهاتف محمول. وبمواجهته اعترف بحيازة مواد مخدرة بقصد الاتجار، ومبالغ مالية من عائدات البيع، وهاتف محمول للتواصل مع عملائه، وسكين للدفاع عن نفسه وعن أعماله، واستخدام السيارة لغرض التنقل بالداخل والخارج. المدينة لترويج المواد المخدرة، وتم تحرير محضر بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة التحقيق، التي قررت إحالته إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية التي أصدرت حكمها في مواجهة المتهم.
