بريطانيا: روسيا تجند متطوعين للقتال فى أوكرانيا لتجنب التعبئة
كشفت وزارة الدفاع البريطانية، الثلاثاء، أن “روسيا تستخدم شركات عسكرية خاصة لتجنيد المرتزقة، مما يسمح لنظام موسكو بتجنب المزيد من قرارات التعبئة التي لا تحظى بشعبية”.
وذكرت الوزارة -في تحديثها الاستخباري اليومي عن الوضع في أوكرانيا عبر موقع “إكس”- أن “شركة ريدوت (أو PMC Redut) تقوم بتجنيد مرتزقة تحت ستار (متطوعين)، ومن بينهم موظفون سابقون في مجموعة فاغنر”.
وأشارت إلى أنه “من المرجح أن تقوم مديرية الاستخبارات الرئيسية في هيئة الأركان العامة الروسية بالإشراف على أنشطة المجموعة وتمويلها، بما في ذلك تجنيدهم”.
وذكرت الوزارة -في التحديث- أن “شركة ريد أوت شاركت منذ بداية العمليات العسكرية الروسية في العمليات القتالية في مناطق دونيتسك وخاركيف وكييف ولوغانسك. ومن المرجح جدا أن تضم المجموعة أكثر من 7000 فرد”.
وخلصت المخابرات البريطانية إلى أنه “من المحتمل واقعيًا أن تكون ممارسة وزارة الدفاع الروسية للتجنيد من خلال وحدات (تطوعية) قد ساهمت في تجنب روسيا المزيد من التعبئة التي لا تحظى بشعبية”.
