اندلع حريق داخل شقة سكنية بمنطقة الدقي، وتمت السيطرة عليه على الفور دون وقوع إصابات، وتولت النيابة المختصة التحقيقات.
للحماية من الحرائق يجب اتباع مبادئ وقواعد السلامة، ومنها:

– تجنب تشغيل أكثر من جهاز على مشترك واحد وتركه مفتوحاً أثناء النوم.
– تجنب وضع الأجهزة الكهربائية بجوار السوائل لمنع حدوث ماس كهربائي واشتعال النيران في الشقة.
– تجنب تشغيل الأجهزة الكهربائية لساعات طويلة، مثل السخانات، التي قد تسبب الحرائق.
