وفد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنيا تُشارك فى فعاليات «ملتقى إعداد القيادات الشابة» بالجامعات والمعاهد المصرية

أكد الدكتور عصام فرحات رئيس جامعة المنيا، أنه وفقًا لرؤية الجامعة وسياستها في إنشاء جيل جديد من الشباب الواعي بقضايا المجتمع، ودوره في نهضة الأمم، تم ترشيح وفد من معاوني أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات الجامعة للمشاركة في فعاليات ملتقى إعداد القيادات الشابة بالجامعات والمعاهد المصرية، تحت شعار “قادة الغد”، والذى أُقيم بمقر معهد إعداد القادة برعاية من الدكتور أيمن عاشور وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، والدكتور كريم همام، مستشار وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي للأنشطة الطلابية، ومدير معهد إعداد القادة، وبمشاركة 120 عضوًا من الجامعات والمعاهد المصرية.
مثل الجامعة في الملتقى من القيادات الشابة مروان سيد، المدرس المساعد بكلية الحقوق، ومصطفي عادل، المدرس المساعد بكلية التربية الرياضية، وعبد الرحمن حسن، ومحمد أحمد عبد العزيز المعيدان بكلية الحقوق، وأمنية ربيع المعيدة بكلية العلوم، وبإشراف د. حسام عبد الرحيم منسق عام الأنشطة الطلابية بجامعة المنيا.
وأوضح رئيس الجامعة، أن أبرز أهداف الملتقى هو إعداد قيادات شابة من معاوني أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ ليكونوا على كفاءة عالية تتناسب مع التطورات المجتمعية والتكنولوجية، وذلك بتحديث وتنمية مهاراتهم المختلفة سواء داخل الفصول والمعامل الدراسية او من خلال الأنشطة الطلابية مع الطلاب داخل جامعتهم المختلفة تنفيذا للاستراتيجية الوطنية لوزارة التعليم العالي.
تضمنت فعاليات الملتقى، خمس ورش عمل حول، لغة الجسد تناول من خلالها المحاضرون عددًا من العناصر في التعامل مع المواقف المختلفة، وأهمية الاتصال غير الكلامي، وشرح قواعد هامة عن قراءة لغة الجسد، وورشة عمل عن مهارات العرض واستراتيجية العرض الفعال والمميز، وندوة عن وسطية الخطاب الديني، ومواجهة الأفكار المتطرفة والمعتقدات المغلوطة، ومحاضرة عن مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
وعلى جانب آخر تم تنفيذ زيارة ميدانية للمشاركين في الملتقى للمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية، وذلك باعتباره مجمعًا حضاريًا عالميًا متكاملًا، وأول متحف من نوعه في مصر والعالم العربية، كما هدفت الزيارة ايضًا إلى تعزيز الوعي بالتراث الثقافي والتاريخي.
