استقبل النائب العام المستشار محمد شوقي، بمكتبه الأربعاء،السيد القصير وزير الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي، واللواء هشام آمنة وزير التنمية المحلية؛حيث تم بحث سُبل التصدي لظاهرة التعدي على الأراضي الزراعية والمساس بها بمختلف صورها.كما جرى التنسيق لإنشاء “خطٍ ساخن” لتلقي البلاغات بشأن تلك الجرائم، سواء أكان ذلك من أجهزة الدولة الرسمية أم من المواطنين، بحيث يضطلع القائمون عليه بإخطار الجهات المنوط بها ضبط تلك الجرائم، للوقوف على حقيقة تلك البلاغات، وتحرير المحاضر القضائية بشأنها في ضوء ما تسفر عنه معاينة مسرح الواقعة، ومن ثم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية قبل المخالفين، وإخطار النيابة المختصة، وكذا إخطار المحامي العام الأول لنيابة الاستئناف لمتابعة تلك القضايا، على أن تجري مساءلة الموظف الذي يثبت تقصيره في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية في شأن تلك البلاغات على النحو آنف البيان.
