روسيا ترفض انتقادات كندا بشأن سحب تصديقها على معاهدة حظر التجارب النووية
دعت السفارة الروسية في أوتاوا السلطات الكندية إلى عدم انتقاد موسكو بسبب انسحابها من التصديق على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، ومحاولة إقناع واشنطن بالتصديق على المعاهدة بدلا من ذلك.
وذكرت السفارة الروسية – على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي – معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، واصفة إياها بـ”خيبة الأمل العميقة”.
يذكر أن الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين وقع أمس على قانون تسحب بموجبه روسيا تصديقها على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، ونشرت الوثيقة على موقع المعلومات القانونية الرسمي.
تم إصدار القانون بتكليف من رئيس مجلس الدوما فياتشيسلاف فولودين، وتلغي هذه المبادرة المادة الأولى من قانون “التصديق على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية”، والتي تقترح التصديق على معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، الموقعة نيابة عن روسيا في نيويورك. في 24 سبتمبر 1996.
