جدل سياسى فى بريطانيا حول تنظيم مسيرات مؤيدة لفلسطين يوم الهدنة 11 نوفمبر
سلطت صحيفة “إندبندنت” البريطانية الضوء على الجدل الدائر في أروقة السياسة البريطانية بسبب المسيرات المؤيدة لفلسطين المقرر تنظيمها في يوم الهدنة الذي يحتفل به في 11 نوفمبر من كل عام.
يشار إلى أن يوم الهدنة يحيي ذكرى توقيع هدنة بين الحلفاء في الحرب العالمية الأولى وألمانيا القيصرية لوقف الأعمال العدائية على الجبهة الغربية للحرب العالمية الأولى. ودخلت الهدنة حيز التنفيذ في الساعة 11 صباحا يوم 11 نوفمبر 1918.
وأوضحت الصحيفة أن رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ريشي سوناك أيد قمع المسيرات المؤيدة لفلسطين المقرر تنظيمها في يوم الهدنة، والتي وصفها بـ”الاستفزازية ولا تحترم ذكرى ذلك اليوم”.
ومع اندلاع خلاف حاد حول خطط الاحتجاج، قال رئيس الوزراء إنه يجب حماية “الحق في أن يتذكرهم أولئك الذين دفعوا ثمن التضحية الكبرى، بسلام وكرامة”.
وزعمت وزيرة الداخلية سويلا برافرمان أنه من غير المقبول “تدنيس” اليوم من خلال “مسيرة كراهية” عبر لندن..
لكن عمدة لندن العمالي صادق خان اتهم الحكومة بممارسة السياسة بشأن “المأساة الرهيبة” التي تتكشف في غزة، بعد أن قال المنظمون الذين سيخرجون إلى الشوارع في 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر إنهم لا يخططون لعرقلة فعاليات الذكرى.
