وزارة الصحة: إدارج 5 أدوية جديدة لعلاج حالات أمراض الدم على نفقة الدولة
وتسعى وزارة الصحة والسكان إلى تحديث البروتوكولات العلاجية لضمان نتائج شفاء عالية من الأمراض المختلفة. قالت وزارة الصحة والسكان، إنها أدرجت 5 أدوية جديدة لعلاج حالات أمراض الدم، على نفقة الدولة، منها أدوية لعلاج سرطان الدم المزمن، وفشل النخاع الناتج عن زيادة خلايا النخاع، وفقر الدم. إضافة كود علاجي لزراعة النخاع (القرار الثاني) في حالة فشل عملية زراعة النخاع الأولى.
وتابعت: تمت الموافقة على صرف دواء مخصص لمرحلة ما بعد زراعة النخاع أو عودة المرض في (سرطان الخلايا البلازما) بناء على رأي اللجان الطبية، وإضافة كود علاجي (قرار ثان) للأنسجة التوافق في حالات زراعة النخاع إذا كان هناك أكثر من متبرع لمرضى فشل النخاع. ، والأورام اللمفاوية.
وأشارت وزارة الصحة والسكان إلى طرح جلسات فصل البلازما، وإدراج دواء موجى وبديل حيوى للدواء المستخدم سابقا، كما تم إضافة (كود) لعلاج مرض الانهيار المناعى الحاد لخلايا الدم، وكذلك تحديث البروتوكولات العلاجية على نفقة الدولة لمرضى التليف النقوي وزيادة وظائف الخلايا النخاعية وإضافة دواء. لعلاج المرضى الذين يعانون من سرطان الدم الليمفاوي المزمن والذين لديهم طفرات جينية.
