في إطار خطة التدريب القتالي لتشكيلات ووحدات القوات المسلحة نفذت إحدى تشكيلات الجيش الثاني الميداني مشروع مراكز قيادة خارجية على مستويين، بحضور اللواء أركان حرب خالد قناوي مساعد وزير الدفاع. ، وعدد من قادة القوات المسلحة.
وتضمنت المرحلة عرض التقارير والقرارات المنفذة على مختلف المستويات، وإجراءات تنظيم التعاون والتنسيق بين كافة الوحدات، والتي أظهرت مدى الجاهزية والجاهزية القتالية العالية لجميع العناصر المشاركة في المشروع. كما تم فرض عدد من المواقف التكتيكية الطارئة، والتي تعامل معها القادة على كافة المستويات بكفاءة واقتدار، وهو ما عكس مدى تمتع رجال الجيش الثاني الميداني بجاهزية وجاهزية قتالية عالية.
كما تم تنفيذ بيان عملي لإعداد وتجهيز وتدريب مراكز القيادة والسيطرة على إجراءات الربط الفني والإرشادي، والذي أبرز مدى قدرة العناصر المشاركة في البيان على تنفيذ كافة المهام الموكلة إليهم في مختلف الظروف.
