إليسا تؤجل طرح ألبومها مجددًا تضامناً مع فلسطين
وشهد ألبوم النجمة إليسا عدة أزمات منذ العام السابق، حيث كان من المقرر طرحه نهاية عام 2022، بعد انتهاء كأس العالم، لكنها واجهت أزمات مع شركة التوزيع ومشاكل أخرى، فاستقرت على وأطلقته في أكتوبر الماضي، إلا أنها لم تتح لها الفرصة. وبعد تعرض غزة لاعتداءات وحشية من قبل جيش الاحتلال الصهيوني، تقرر تأجيلها مرة أخرى لحين استقرار الأوضاع.
أطلقت النجمة إليسا مؤخراً أغنية بعنوان “العقد” على موقع يوتيوب وتطبيقات ومنصات الموسيقى المختلفة. الأغنية من كلمات أيمن بهجت قمر، وألحان محمد يحيى، وتوزيع جلال الحمداوي.
لكن جمهور إليسا تفاجأ بحذف الأغنية بعد ساعات، وخرجت إليسا أوضحت خلال تغريدة على تويتر قالت فيها: “عقدي مع الشركة أصلا انتهى في 12 أغسطس، ويبدو أن الشركة تمكنت من ذلك”. إيقاف الفيديو على اليوتيوب بناءً على عقد منتهي الصلاحية، لكن هذا الموضوع لا يمنعك من الاستماع إلى الأغنية”. مع كل التطبيقات الموجودة عليها تم حل المشكلة، واليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى، أنا على يقين أكثر من أي وقت مضى أن أهم قرار اتخذته مع شركة الوتاري هو أنك رحلت وفهمتك بما فيه الكفاية!!!”
وبدورها أصدرت الشركة المنتجة بيانا ردا على تصريحات إليسا جاء فيه: مع حبنا واحترامنا الكامل للنجمة الكبيرة إليسا رغم الخلاف الذي حدث، ولأن الحق فوقه، وهنا نوضح أيضا ما يلي: إن ما نقوم به لم يكن ولن يكون بغرض العرقلة أو الإيذاء. بل نحن شركة. إنكم تنحني أمام أحكام القضاء ولا تتبعون إلا طريق الحق.
وأضاف البيان: «وجدت الشركة نفسها مضطرة إلى اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية للحفاظ على حقوقها (في انتظار نتيجة الدعوة التي أقيمت في دبي، باعتبارها الوحيدة المؤهلة لبث النزاع القائم بين الطرفين وفقاً للائحة) العقد)، مع العلم أننا حاولنا مراراً وتكراراً حل الخلاف بمختلف الوسائل الودية”. لكن دون تحقيق أي نتائج إيجابية”..
وتابع البيان: كما نؤكد أنه ليس لدينا أي مانع في التوصل إلى حل يرضي الطرفين، على أن تحفظ حقوق الجميع، من أجل دعم الفن واستكمال واجبنا في عالم الموسيقى والترفيه.
