آليات وزارة الصحة للحفاظ على مصر خالية من مرض شلل الأطفال.. تعرف عليها
وأكدت وزارة الصحة والسكان خلو مصر من مرض شلل الأطفال، حيث أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية رسميا خلو مصر من المرض منذ عام 2006 وتم تسجيل آخر حالة إصابة به عام 2004.
اليوم السابع “يستعرض في تقرير إعلامي آليات وزارة الصحة والسكان للإبقاء على مصر خالية من شلل الأطفال”
1- زيادة معدلات التغطية بالتطعيم إلى أكثر من 95%.
2- دعم نظام المراقبة البيئية الذي يمكنه الكشف المبكر عن أي فيروسات.
3- تم وضع خطة استباقية للحفاظ على نظام التطعيم الروتيني خلال جائحة كورونا.
4- يعتبر نظام التطعيم الذي تطبقه وزارة الصحة من أكفأ أنظمة التطعيم، حيث يعطى اللقاح الفموي “سابين” بـ 7 جرعات، واللقاح الحقني “سولك” يعطى بـ 3 جرعات.
5- دعم الحملات القومية التي تنفذها مصر سنويا بغرض رفع المناعة المجتمعية ضد المرض.
6- تنفيذ حملات تطعيم الأطفال المقيمين، مصريين أو غير مصريين، من عمر يوم واحد إلى خمس سنوات، لخلق مناعة مجتمعية لجميع الأطفال في نفس الوقت لمنع أي انتقال للفيروس..
7- نشر فرق مراقبة الشلل الرخو الحاد في جميع مديريات الشؤون الصحية والإدارات التابعة لها.
8- تقوم فرق الترصد بمراقبة 10.000 موقع ترصد بالمستشفيات والعيادات بجميع أنحاء الجمهورية للإبلاغ عن أي حالات تتشابه أعراضها مع مرض شلل الأطفال وإجراء الاستقصاءات الوبائية اللازمة.
