أكد النائب جيريمي كوربين، عضو مجلس العموم البريطاني والزعيم السابق لحزب العمال، تصويته لصالح وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، مشددا على ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار لوضع حد لهذه الخسائر التي لا نهاية لها في أرواح الناس.
وكتب كوربين على حسابه على تويتر: “كل شخص قُتل في غزة له اسم ووجه وقصة. لقد صوتت لصالح وقف إطلاق النار لإنهاء هذه الخسارة التي لا نهاية لها في الأرواح الثمينة”.
وأضاف كوربين: “من العار أن يتجاهل الكثير من النواب أصوات الفلسطينيين الذين يدعونهم إلى فعل الشيء نفسه”.
