واشنطن: نعمل بالتنسيق مع الصين بشأن العقوبات ضد روسيا وسقف سعر نفطها
أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية أنها تعمل بالتنسيق مع الصين على كافة القضايا المتعلقة بالعقوبات المفروضة على روسيا وسقف الأسعار المفروض على النفط الروسي.
وقال مساعد وزير الخارجية الأميركي لشؤون الطاقة، جيفري بيات، خلال مؤتمر صحافي الخميس: «أود أن أشير إلى أن لدينا تنسيقاً وثيقاً للغاية مع حلفاء الصين بشأن كل هذه القضايا المتعلقة بسقف الأسعار ونظام العقوبات. “
جاء ذلك ردا على سؤال حول عمل الولايات المتحدة في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ فيما يتعلق بالعقوبات المفروضة على قطاع الطاقة الروسي.
وفيما يتعلق بالسقف السعري، أشار بيات إلى أن “السلطات الأميركية تعمل مع ائتلاف من الشركاء على السقف السعري، وهي ملتزمة تماما بتنفيذ السقف السعري وتبذل كل ما في وسعها لخفض عائدات روسيا من الوقود الأحفوري”. وأضاف أن واشنطن تعتبر آلية السقف السعري “فعالة”.
يشار إلى أن دول مجموعة السبع والاتحاد الأوروبي وأستراليا فرضت سقفا على أسعار النفط الروسي عند مستوى 60 دولارا للبرميل في ديسمبر 2022، وفي فبراير 2023 على المشتقات النفطية عند مستوى يتراوح بين 45 و100 دولار.
ورفضت روسيا الالتزام بالسقف السعري المفروض عليها. وقع الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين مرسوما بحظر إمدادات النفط إلى الجهات الأجنبية الملتزمة بالسقف السعري، اعتبارا من الأول من فبراير/شباط المقبل.
