تفريغ كاميرات المراقبة فى واقعة التعدى على سيدة بعين شمس
أمرت نيابة عين شمس بتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة في واقعة اعتدى فيها بعض الأشخاص على سيدة أثناء خروجها من أحد المحلات، لتكشف كواليس الواقعة.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المجني عليها اشتكت من قيام (ثلاثة أشخاص – اثنان منهم لديهم معلومات جنائية) بالاعتداء عليها بالسب والضرب وإحداث كدمة لها تحت العين.
وبعد الانتهاء من الفحص، قررت السيدة أنه أثناء تواجدها في المكان المذكور، تصدى لها أحد المتهمين، ووقعت مشادة كلامية بينهما تطورت إلى مشاجرة. فاعتدي عليها، مما أدى إلى إصابتها بالجراحة المذكورة. وصادف أن المتهمين الآخرين كانا يمران في الميكروباص، فاستنجدت بأحدهما لأنه جارها، واستقلت الميكروباص، لكن المتهم الأول قفز في الميكروباص واعتدى عليها، فاتصلت طلب الناس المساعدة فطردوها.
وبسؤال شقيق الضحية نفى أن تكون قد تعرضت للخطف أو السحل كما هو موضح في المنشور.
وبمواجهة المتهمين اعترف أحدهم بقيامه بالاعتداء على المشتكية بالضرب وإحداث إصابتها. وأفادوا بأنها استقلت الميكروباص بمحض إرادتها، نافية واقعة اختطافها وسحلها.
