محافظ أسيوط يلتقي بمسئولي الأكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب لبحث سبل التعاون بين الاكاديمية والمحافظة

التقى اللواء عصام سعد محافظ أسيوط مسئولي الاكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب لبحث سبل التعاون بين الأكاديمية والمحافظة وكيفية الاستفادة من البرامج التي تقدمها الأكاديمية لتطوير مهارات العاملين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة داخل المحافظة تنفيذًا لتوجيهات الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية وفي إطار استراتيجية الدولة لبناء الإنسان المصري ورؤية مصر 2030 … جاء ذلك خلال لقاءه بكل من محمد مبارك مدير البرنامج التدريبي للاكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب بأسيوط ونجوي جمال منسق البرنامج بأسيوط ونفيسة عبدالسلام مسئول المشاركة المجتمعية بالمحافظة وأحمد الإدفاوي مدير العلاقات العامة بالمحافظة.
وأثنى محافظ أسيوط على دور الاكاديمية الوطنية للتدريب في تنفيذ العديد من البرامج التدريبية كأهم أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق توجيهات القيادة السياسية والسياسة العامة التي تنتهجها الدولة في تطوير الجهاز الإداري وتنمية قدرات ومهارات العاملين في جميع القطاعات والتخصصات.
وأكد اللواء عصام سعد سعي المحافظة إلى تنفيذ برامج تدريبية للعاملين بالجهاز التنفيذي وتأهيلهم وصقل مهاراتهم وتنمية قدراتهم في إطار إستراتيجية الدولة لبناء الإنسان المصري مؤكداً علي تقديم كافة أوجه الدعم للمساهمة في خلق قيادات فعالة بكافة أجهزة المحافظة.
وأشار المحافظ إلى أهمية تدريب العاملين والتنفيذيين بالجهاز الإداري بالدولة لإعداد الكوادر اللازمة في المجالات المختلفة وذلك من خلال تقديم سلسلة من الدورات التدريبية تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة العنصر البشري وتنمية مهارات التميز والجودة والتطوير وإعداد كوادر بشرية قادرة على تلبية حاجات العمل ومواكبة التطورات والتغيرات السريعة التي تحدث في مجالات العمل لاسيما في ظل توجه الدولة نحو التحول الرقمي كونه أحد أهم محاور تطوير الخدمات الحكومية ضمن جهود الدولة للإصلاح الإداري بهدف رفع ومستوى وجودة جميع الخدمات.
