أعلنت شركة مياه الشرب بالإسكندرية عن توفر سيارات خدمة العملاء المتنقلة خلال الفترة من 11/1/2023 وحتى 30/11/2023، وذلك في إطار تحسين وتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتحقيق رضا العملاء كأحد الأهداف الإستراتيجية للشركة.
لتسهيل الأمر على المواطنين كبار السن أو العملاء الذين يجدون صعوبة في الحضور إلى مراكز خدمة العملاء.

1. عقد إدخال العدادات
2. تلقي الشكاوى
3. شحن بطاقات العدادات مسبقة الدفع
4. الاستعلام عن الفواتير – دفع الفواتير
كما يتواجد فريق من المعمل المركزي للشركة لأخذ عينات من العقارات المحيطة للتأكد من جودة المياه
وقام فريق من قسم التوعية وقسم التسويق بتعريف سكان المنطقة بالخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة.
