وذكرت وسائل إعلام فنلندية أن نائب وزير العدل ميكو بومالاينن علق إعداد قرار بشأن تشديد القيود الحدودية مع روسيا..
وذكرت صحيفة “هلسينجين سانومات” الفنلندية أنه من المقرر أن يقوم نائب وزير العدل بتقييم مشروع قرار القيود ومشروع المذكرة من وجهة نظر مدى التزامهما بالقوانين..
