جامعة سوهاج تواصل تطوير الهياكل التنظيمية بكليتى الحقوق والحاسبات
أصدر الدكتور حسن النعماني رئيس جامعة سوهاج القرار التنفيذي رقم 2199، 2188 لسنة 2023 بشأن إجراء بعض التعديلات الوظيفية على الهيكل التنظيمي لكليتي الحقوق والحاسبات والذكاء الاصطناعي. جاء ذلك بناءً على قرار رئيس الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة رقم 132، 161 لسنة 2023.
وقال الدكتور حسن النعماني، إن تحديث هياكل الكلية يأتي تماشياً مع استراتيجية الدولة لتطوير الجهاز الإداري، بعد صدور قانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016 ولائحته التنفيذية، وكذلك معايير الوصف الوظيفي والتقييم القرار رقم 35 لسنة 2019، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 1146 لسنة 2018. وأكد أن تحديث الهياكل التنظيمية يسهم في زيادة فعالية وكفاءة الأداء، حيث تتميز الخريطة التنظيمية بالبساطة وعدم التعقيد، بالإضافة إلى اعتمادها من قبل الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد.
وأوضح الدكتور حسن النعماني أن القرار تضمن إجراء بعض التعديلات الوظيفية على جدول الوظائف بجامعة سوهاج / قسم التربية (كلية الحقوق) منها استحداث وظيفتين ضمن مجموعة الوظائف المتخصصة وهما (مدير الكلية) إدارة العلاقات الثقافية – مدير إدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية) بالإضافة إلى إعادة تقييم الوظيفة. أمين الكلية للمستوى الوظيفي العالي (المدير العام). كما شمل التعديل إعادة تقييم بعض مهام التقسيم التنظيمي ورفع مستوى 13 وظيفة في مجموعة الوظائف الإشرافية، أما كلية الحاسبات والذكاء الاصطناعي، مضيفاً أن القرار شمل استحداث وظيفة وكيل الكلية لخدمة المجتمع وشؤون تنمية البيئة ومديرها. إدارة المكتبات حسب الجدول الوظيفي لجامعة سوهاج / قسم التربية والتعليم (كلية الحاسبات والذكاء الاصطناعي).
وأشار أشرف القاضي أمين عام الجامعة، إلى أن هذه القرارات جاءت استمراراً للتعديلات على الهياكل التنظيمية لكليات الجامعة، حيث سبق ذلك تعديل هيكل كلية العلوم، وإنشاء الهيكل لكلية التربية النوعية، موضحا أنه يتم حاليا دراسة هياكل الكليات المتبقية بالجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة وإعادة تقييم مهامها. .
