وزير خارجية سلوفاكيا: الهدنة وبدء المفاوضات هى الحل الأمثل فى أوكرانيا
صرح وزير الخارجية السلوفاكي يوراي بلانار، بأن براتيسلافا تعتبر إعلان الهدنة وبدء المفاوضات هو الحل الأمثل للأزمة الأوكرانية، حيث لا يوجد تقدم في الصراع، ويستمر سقوط الضحايا من الجانبين.
وقال بلانار لصحيفة “hlavnespravy.sk”: “بالنسبة لنا، وأنا مقتنع بذلك، فإن أفضل شيء للناس على الجانبين وللتحالفات المعنية هو هدنة مبكرة ومفاوضات سلام وحل. بدلاً من إهدار الأرواح”. وعبثا، من الأفضل التفاوض لسنوات قادمة”.
وأعرب رئيس وزارة الخارجية السلوفاكية عن ثقته في أن الوضع ليس له حل عسكري، كما أن عدم إحراز أي تقدم في الصراع في أوكرانيا يثير بعض الملل في العالم.
وأضاف: “بحسب المعلومات المتوفرة لدينا، توقف خط (التقدم)، والمكاسب والخسائر (الإقليمية) في حدها الأدنى، والناس تموت هباءً، والصراع لا يتقدم ولا يتأخر.. والإرهاق” واضح.”
وفي وقت سابق، صرح رئيس الوزراء السلوفاكي روبرت فيكو، أن الوضع في أوكرانيا وصل إلى طريق مسدود وأن الدعم المالي من الاتحاد الأوروبي لم يحقق أي نتائج.
وقال فيكو إنه من الأفضل التفاوض على حل للوضع في أوكرانيا مع وقف الأعمال العدائية ولو لمدة 10 سنوات، بدلا من القتال لمدة 10 سنوات دون جدوى ثم الذهاب إلى طاولة المفاوضات مما يؤدي إلى خسارة مئات الآلاف. من الأرواح.
