الفلبين تمنع التعامل مع أكبر بورصة عملات مشفرة فى العالم Binance
منعت هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصة الفلبينية الوصول إلى أكبر بورصة للعملات المشفرة في العالم، Binance، التي استقال رئيسها الأسبوع الماضي وأقر بأنه مذنب في انتهاك قوانين مكافحة غسيل الأموال الأمريكية، وفقًا لرويترز.
وقالت هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات في بيان لها إن بورصة بينانس ليست شركة مسجلة في الفلبين، وكانت تعمل دون ترخيص لبيع أو عرض أي شكل من أشكال الأوراق المالية.
وطلبت من شركة Meta, Inc. حظر الإعلان عبر الإنترنت من Binance في الفلبين، وحذرت أولئك الذين يبيعون من خلال المنصة أو يقنعون الأشخاص بالاستثمار في المنصة بأنهم قد يتعرضون للمسؤولية الجنائية.
استقال الرئيس السابق لمنصة Binance، Changpeng Zhao، من منصبه كرئيس تنفيذي الأسبوع الماضي بعد اعترافه بالذنب في التسبب عمدًا في فشل البورصة في الحفاظ على برنامج فعال لمكافحة غسيل الأموال.
