وقال بيان المكتب: “في الساعة 05:33 يوم 30 نوفمبر، تم الإبلاغ عن حريق في شارع عدي شاريبوف في ألماتي. وفي غضون 7 دقائق، وصلت سيارات الإطفاء الأولى إلى مكان الحادث. وعندما وصل رجال الإطفاء، كانت النيران مشتعلة في الطابق السفلي من المبنى”. المبنى السكني المكون من ثلاثة طوابق، حيث تم تحويل الطابق الأول والطابق السفلي إلى نزل.“.
