رئيس الوزراء يتابع جهود منظومة الشكاوى الحكومية خلال نوفمبر الماضي

تابع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، حصاد جهود منظومة الشكاوى الحكومية المُوحدة بمجلس الوزراء، والجهات الحكومية المرتبطة بها، خلال شهر نوفمبر من عام 2023 الجاري، وذلك من خلال تقرير أعدّه الدكتور طارق الرفاعي، مدير المنظومة.
وثمّن رئيس مجلس الوزراء جهود منظومة الشكاوى الحكومية، خلال الفترة الماضية، من حيث الاستجابة للشكاوى والطلبات المختلفة والتعامل معها على النحو الأمثل، ووجّه بفتح وتنويع قنوات التواصل بين المواطنين والحكومة، لتلقى الشكاوى والاستفسارات وبذل أقصى جهد ممكن للرد عليها والتصدي لأسبابها.
كما توجه الدكتور مصطفى مدبولى، بخالص الشكر والتقدير، لجميع الجهات الحكومية التى تتعامل بإيجابية، مع المنظومة، مثمنا هذا الدور المهم، خاصة فى ظل التحديات الحالية، حيث تسهم هذه الاستجابات بفاعلية فى التخفيف عن المواطنين.
وأكد الدكتور طارق الرفاعي أنه في سياق جهود المنظومة لتحقيق أفضل استجابة للمواطنين وتوفير قنوات تواصل متنوعة ومتاحة على مدار 24 ساعة يوميًا؛ تلقت منظومة الشكاوى الحكومية الموحدة بمجلس الوزراء ورصدت 136 ألف شكوى وطلبًا واستغاثة خلال شهر نوفمبر المنقضي، وتم توجيه 110 آلاف شكوى لجهات الاختصاص المختلفة المرتبطة بالمنظومة إلكترونيًا، كما تم حفظ 22 ألف شكوى وفقًا لقواعد وضوابط الفحص قبل توجيهها للجهات المعنية، وجار استكمال مراجعة واستيفاء بيانات 4 آلاف شكوى وطلب لاتخاذ ما يلزم بشأنها.
