الجزائر تعلن انضمامها الرسمى لمبادرة التجارة الموجهة الأفريقية
أعلنت الجزائر انضمامها رسميا إلى مبادرة التجارة الموجهة في إطار التجسيد الفعلي لاتفاقية منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية (ZLECAF).
وأوضح وزير التجارة الجزائري الطيب الزيتوني – في كلمته خلال أشغال المنتدى الاقتصادي حول “مبادرة التجارة الموجهة في إطار منطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الإفريقية” المنعقد بالجزائر العاصمة بحضور الأمين- عام المنطقة وامكيلي ميني – أنه بموجب هذا الانضمام، يمكن للفاعلين الاقتصاديين القيام بعمليات التبادل التجاري. مع نظرائهم من الدول الشريكة في المبادرة دون قيود جمركية، وفق اتفاقية “ZELICAF”.
ودعا الوزير الجزائري الفاعلين الاقتصاديين في بلاده إلى الاستفادة من المزايا الممنوحة في إطار التبادلات التجارية مع الدول المنضمة إلى هذه المبادرة، من أجل تعزيز الصادرات الجزائرية خارج قطاع المحروقات وتجسيدا لأهداف “ZELICAF”. الاتفاقية التي تهدف إلى رفع مستويات التبادل التجاري بين الدول الأفريقية بشكل كبير.
يُذكر أن مبادرة التجارة المستهدفة تم إطلاقها خلال الاجتماع العاشر لمجلس وزراء إقليم زليكاف الذي عقد في 7 أكتوبر 2022 في العاصمة الغانية أكرا.
وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى اختبار البيئة الإجرائية والمؤسسية والقانونية لتنفيذ اتفاقية “ZLECAF”، من خلال البدء الفعلي للتبادلات التجارية وفق المزايا التفضيلية المنصوص عليها في اتفاقية إنشاء الإقليم بين الدول الأطراف التي استوفت الحد الأدنى من الشروط. لبدء هذه التبادلات.
وقد شاركت حتى الآن مصر، وتونس، وكينيا، وغانا، والكاميرون، ورواندا، وجزر موريشيوس، بالإضافة إلى تنزانيا، في هذه المبادرة.
