خلال ساعات.. نظر إعادة محاكمة متهم بأحداث عنف الطالبية
تتابع دائرة الإرهاب الأولى المنعقدة بمدينة بدر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، إجراءات محاكمة أحد المتهمين في أحداث العنف التي شهدتها منطقة الطالبية، والمعروفة بـ”أحداث عنف الطالبية”.
ووجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين عددًا من التهم، من بينها التجمهر، وتحريض المواطنين على التجمهر، وحيازة أسلحة نارية، والتحريض على العنف الطلابي، وتعطيل وسائل النقل.
وفيما يتعلق بعقوبة التظاهر، نص القانون في المادة 19 على أنه يعاقب كل من يخالف قواعد التظاهر المنصوص عليها في القانون، سواء كان ذلك للإخلال بالأمن، أو تعطيل الإنتاج، أو بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على 5 سنوات، أو غرامة من 50 إلى 100 ألف جنيه أو بإحدى العقوبتين. – الدعوة إلى تعطيل مصالح المواطنين والمرافق والمواصلات أو قطع الطريق.
